Stop worrying about future problems. Take care of them in the present moment. By having the tendency to think the worst, threats conceived on your head do not usually happen.
Try to live without thinking about what can happen. The here and now it is the only thing that really exist.

Nobody knows better than you what you have to do at all time. Trust your own judgment. Ask yourself whats the worst that can happen? If you put aside your pessimism, you will fall into the account that is not worth losing inner peace for it.
Stop watching the half-empty bottle to see it half full. Negative thoughts automatically generate negative emotions, which affect negative behaviors.
Stop saying “I do not know” when you talk. Try to be aware when you share what you think with others. This is not to share certainties, but to exchange enriching points of view.
