It will probably be the most difficult part of all the process. Stop looking outside. Work hard to know yourself. And recognize those moments when you are living unbalanced, you are unleashing your mind into the depths of the negatives thoughts or in other hand you identify those moments of essence where you behave in a peaceful, pure, harmonious way. After all feelings could start just from two concepts LOVE or FEAR. If you are able to simplify the whirl of thoughts and with calm understand your emotions and which of those initial points are they coming from, you’ll be able soon to live in peace forever more. As starting point try to repeat as many times you can experiences that you feel as living in your essence. With time you’ll identify yourself as this type/kind of person and not the one who leads you to desperation, anger and other toxic-hits.
After being able to identify positive or negative thoughts and emotions. Next step will be understanding that there’s not such thing as positive or negative, there’s just the perception of the experience, how are you looking at it. This is the ancient principle of the yin-yang or in a western approach the ability to transform the perspective from negative to positive. As you may imagine, it’s not easy. But it’s the way. I think the most easy way to achieve this goal is first of all make yourself responsible of all what’s happening in your life. Even those things that you could easily tag as others fault or a big universal bad-joke like a heavy illness or an unfortunate loss. Beacuse even it’s hard to integrate in our minds, [U]_ARE_ #DIRECTOR_ #SCRIPT_WRITER_ AND #MAIN_ACTOR_ of your own life. And those moments are a reflection of your own inner wish to face something you have to understand and live in this life. If it hurts means that you are learning. Remember_ It’s not what happens, but what you do with what have happened. A call to action.
This first steps will take some time, but if you are able to remain always open to experience, being #FEAR_LESS one day you’ll be living a whole new experience where love will be shown as the unique true universal language. You’ll begin feel in an extraordinary good mood, you’ll begin to live balanced and connected with your subconscient, your real self, the one who really knows what you want and need. There will be no more doubts. And the complexity of your inner world will slowly show up in a #B_INCREDIBLE_ way. You will easily recognize those toxic relations that there are not helping in your evolution and will you’ll be able to decide to update them or take different directions till time will put again together or not. You’ll find new people living in the same path as you are living and they will be the perfect partners in this amazing new experience.
Some times a negative thought or some revel emotion suddenly could come up to your mind. That moment you just have to be calm and face it in a peaceful way. You are well trained, but may be need some mental push-ups to get in fit again and put in order you mind and heart. Remember_ You are human. Give yourself some space.
At this time it should be easy to identify where your experiences are coming from and what twists, complements or directions should take to make them bloom. If you are able to achieve this mind state all your life will be filled up with sense. You will be able to find the path to turn all your relations into #HEALTHY_RELATION_SHIP_S_.
